Do you take wedding orders or event requests?

At this time, we're no longer accepting wedding or special event requests. This allows us to focus our time and energy on serving our customers in our shops each day.

Can I place a custom or special order?

Custom and special orders are limited and subject to availability. Please contact the pickup location by PHONE directly, during business hours, for availability. There is a minimum of a dozen required for special orders. Special orders include 6 custom printed filled doughnuts and 6 ring doughnuts to match your theme. The cost for a dozen custom doughnuts is $45.​

​Are you open every day?

Locations are closed on Mondays.

 

Do you wholesale?

Sorry, no.

 

Do you offer delivery?

​We do not offer delivery. All orders must be picked up in shop.

​Do you donate donuts or support fundraisers?

We love seeing all the great causes in our community! While we truly appreciate being asked​, we are not able to donate donuts or participate in all fundraising requests. Please email requests to info@nhdoughnutco.com

I left a phone message. When will I hear back?

We do not maintain a voicemail. Please do not leave a message, we will not respond.

​Do you sell out?

​Yes, we occasionally sell out. Doughnuts are made fresh daily in limited quantities. Once they are gone, they are gone. Locations will stay open to serve coffee until close.

How do I know if you are sold out?

We keep our inventory updated on our online ordering platform. If you go to the order website it will show you what is still available to order. While you are there, place an order to secure your doughnuts, then just come and grab your box! You can call to see what we have available, but there is no guarantee they will still be here upon arrival.

​Can I call and place an order over the phone?

If there is no line at the register, staff can take your order and card information over the phone. We cannot guarantee that this will always be possible.

Can I order online?

Preorder for next day pickup is available online anytime after 1:30pm. If you are not able to place an order, that is because we have reached our capacity for online preorders. We also offer same day ordering, which has our full menu, including drinks, bakery items, and specialty doughnuts. If you have placed an order and it does not include drinks, you may pick it up anytime before 1pm. If your order includes drinks, they will be prepared for the pickup time assigned by the ordering platform, and you must pick up at that time. This is usually a 15 minute window from the time the order is placed. No refunds will be given for drink orders left to sit and not picked up at the designated time.

How does the Loyalty Program work?

Qualifying purchases earn 1 point for each dollar spent at any location. Points expire after 12 months and are tracked using your phone number. Points are earned both in person and online. Our online ordering system only allows redemption of a single doughnut. All other redemptions must be done in person.

 

Customers can only redeem one reward per visit:

*100 Points = One free doughnut

*200 Points = One free half dozen

*350 Points = One free small espresso drink (hot or iced)

*600 Points = One free dozen

*1000 Points = One free merchandise

Customers cannot redeem points for specialty items (crullers, cronuts, or bakery items). 

​

Loyalty program members also get the perk of a free doughnut after the purchase of 5, up to 6 free doughnuts per transaction. This is an in-house perk only and cannot be redeemed online or for over the phone orders. This perk does not apply to custom orders.

I have a nut allergy, what is your policy?

Our products contain common food allergens, including eggs, milk and other dairy products, wheat, and soy. Some products may also contain peanuts and tree nuts. While we take steps to reduce the risk of allergen cross-contact, all doughnuts are prepared using shared equipment and in a common preparation area. As a result, cross-contact with allergens may occur. Neither NH Doughnut Co. nor our suppliers can guarantee that any product is completely free of allergens. Customers with food allergies should use their best judgment when consuming our products.

Do you offer vegan options?

Vegan options are available Thursday and Sunday, while supplies last.

Do you offer gluten free doughnut options?

Yes! We offer Freedom Bakery GF products. The are gluten, dairy, nut, and soy free.
